An Irishman with a passion for cocktails and an encyclopedic knowledge of whisky came to Lisbon on holidays and, on the third day, bought a bar. His name’s Peter O’Connor, and it’s with Joana Jaeger that he shares (life and work) Onda, a small cocktail bar in Graça, with a welcoming vibe and impeccable musical taste. Much of the furniture and decor pieces come from Feira da Ladra, a weekly street market close by. The Flavour Discovery menu includes a dozen of surprising cocktails that always come with a good dose of explanation about each flavour and ingredient.
