Cav 86
Food, Friends, and Wine at No. 86
Opened just over a year ago on one of the liveliest streets of Lisbon's gastronomic scene, CAV 86 is dedicated to enhancing the city's convivial spirit through shared food, wine, music, and art. This venture, marked by the quality seal of the Cavalariça restaurant collective, also present in Comporta and Évora, brings a unique concept to Lisbon.
Located on Rua da Boavista, CAV 86 is the urban and younger sibling of the Cavalariça Group. It introduces a product-based, highly seasonal cuisine that encourages sharing and pairs well with natural wines.
CAV 86 offers a welcoming, open-door experience in a burgeoning area of Lisbon's food scene. The same initials are synonymous with the Cavalariça Group, known for its product-focused, seasonally-driven cuisine designed for sharing and conviviality.
Conceived as a restaurant wine bar, CAV 86 offers an extensive selection of mostly organic wines from small producers, both domestic and international. Monthly wine dinners with special partners and signature cocktails like the CAV Negroni and CAV Spritz are also featured.
At Cat 86 Restaurant, the menu is crafted to tantalize your taste buds with a variety of exquisite dishes. Let's explore some of the highlights.
