This haute cuisine restaurant at the Torel Palace hotel in Lisbon boasts an original concept, headed by two chefs from two generations: Vítor Matos, older, with a Michelin star under his belt; and Francisco Quintas, younger, the resident chef. The unique menu, which is always a surprise, is a journey through the influences of both minds, in a concept they define as 'Fun Dining', above all because everything happens at the counter (there are no tables), and every moment is plated in front of the customer, making it a rather intimate experience.
