Unfussy dishes, exceptional ingredients, lots of vegetables or fresh fish: there's something for everyone in this bistro and bar that four Russians have opened in the heart of Bairro Alto. Under the guidance of chef Artem Matlaev, the cuisine reflects a minimalist Nordic style, combining simplicity with exquisite detail. Highlights include the mackerel with walnuts and jalapeños or the grilled cauliflower with yoghurt. The atmosphere is cosy.

Fun fact. Dimitry Lysenkov, manager and sommelier, is immersing himself in Portuguese wines, which is reflected in the menu.
