From the kitchen led by chef Vítor Matos come uncomplicated and comforting dishes with a touch of elegance. Examples are the veal tartar with truffle, the fresh cod pil-pil with chickpeas, or the sirloin steak with a choice of sauces – we recommend "à Cervejeiro".
