Emil Stefkov and Sacha Gielbaum, the duo responsible for the popular beach club casa reîa, in Costa de Caparica, have created a paradise for connoisseurs and fans of this fungus. Seasonal varieties of mushrooms are paraded through the menu, from shiitake to enoki or portobello, as well as porcini or the lesser-known black trumpet – which gives the restaurant its name. For dessert, try the house-made fennel ice cream with smoked portobello English cream.
