Chocolate-Osaka is the most popular dessert on the menu at the Hotel Hotel's Animal restaurant, a direct reference to the origins of its pastry chef. Kozue Morimoto grew up in Japan, trained in the UK, and even cooked for the Norwegian royal family. Fortunately, so many trips brought her to Portugal, and now to Lisbon, where today she is responsible for the four desserts on the menu. It's worth paying attention to the miniatures they offer guests at check-in – which Kozue completes with delicate flowers from the hotel's interior garden.

Fun fact. If the weather allows, it’s worth picking a table in the interior garden.
