Sumptuous, sophisticated and, accordingly, instagrammable. The interior design project for Rocco, the restaurant operating within The Ivens Hotel, was carried out by Lázaro Rosa-Violán, one of the world's leading names in the field, who gave his Midas touch to the different areas of the space, divided between a gastro-bar, which is very popular in the evenings, the Crudo Bar, reminiscent of a southern Italian ristorante, and the main dining room. The menu is Mediterranean-inspired and includes some classics of European cuisine.
