Zula Bistro


Opened by Russian-born Anton Abrezov and Eldar Kabirov, Zula is synonymous with fusion in every sense – from combining modern furniture and vintage accessories to revamping classic Middle Eastern recipes. Anton trained in some of the best restaurants in the world and was even a television celebrity in Russia. He moved to Lisbon, opened Zula and a kebab parlour (Lisbon Kebab Station), and has promised not to stop here. He serves reinvented Israeli-inspired dishes, such as hummus with noisette butter, all made with special ingredients.
